Boundaries

BOUNDARIES. We've all heard that we ‘should’ be setting them and yet for many, the task feels uncomfortable and maybe even impossible. 

Though it can be difficult to get to grips with what boundaries you want to set and how you want to communicate them, they are incredibly important when it comes to looking after your wellbeing. They teach others how you want to be treated and may come in an emotional, mental, physical and even time form. 

When you haven’t got clear boundaries set, you can feel taken for granted, deflated and frustrated. Being clear with your boundaries helps you better understand yourself and what you will and will not accept. 

So let’s unpack that.
