Burnout

The conversation on burnout is becoming louder, but do we really know when we are approaching it?

In our fast-paced, always-connected world, burnout is all around us. It is a serious problem that can have significant consequences for our physical and mental health. By understanding the causes and symptoms of burnout and taking steps to prevent and manage it, we can improve our overall well-being and achieve a better work-life balance.

The best way to avoid burnout is to make sure you're giving yourself enough time off and taking care of yourself mentally and physically. Easier said than done.. I know! This is why I've created a guide (below) which will hopefully help, alongside the journal prompts below!
